The Round Table has three committees—the Executive Committee, Nominating Committee, and Membership Committee.
- Executive Committee - has six members, the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and two members appointed by the President. This Committee's responsibilities are similar to those of a Board of Directors.
- Nominating Committee - makes nominations in April for the Club's officers. It has three members, who are appointed by the President. 
- Membership Committee - examines the qualifications of candidates for membership. It has a maximum of eleven members, including the President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary, the preceding year's President,Treasurer and Secretary. Other members and/or a chairperson are appointed by the President.
