The
Vice-President is to be ready to assume the duties of President at any time.

The
Vice-President is normally the candidate for President at the April meeting. The
Vice-President is a member of the Executive
Committee and an ex-officio member of the Membership Committee.

The Vice-President will arrange for speakers for the
following year in a timely fashion. The
schedules of proposed speakers and their topics shall be presented to the
Executive Committee for approval prior to printing and distributing invitations
to the October meeting at the latest and by the May meeting, if possible.
