Duties of the Archivist

The archivist will be appointed by the incoming President and will serve for a term of one year. The archivist will attend the Executive/Membership Committee meetings and may or may not be a member of the Executive Committee based on the preference of the President.

After each May meeting, the archivist will coordinate with the Secretary and other officers to assure that relevant historical materials have been updated, consolidated, and delivered to the Special Collections librarian.

Updated electronic copies of our membership database and officers list will be kept by the archivist. The archivist will also ensure that all officers and the Membership Chair have electronic copies of the membership list and officers list.

The archivist will keep the information box on the nametag table supplied for the immediate needs of Round Table members.
